Refer to page ‘Other Charges’ for information about set up fees and other charges that may apply to a service. 1 static IP address is provided free with all NBN plans. 1NBN Speeds are denoted as the maximum port speed, the actual speed an end user will achieve could vary due to a number of factors including but not limited to the access technology type used, the performance of the local infrastructure and cabling, the number of users in the area, the equipment used, the source and destination of content accessed
on the internet. For FTTB/N, the maximum can fall anywhere in the range for 25-50/5-20Mbps with 50/20Mbps plan and in the range for 25-100/5-40Mbps with 100/40Mbps plan. iBoss does not guarantee your end user will get the maximum port speed.

NBN internet new development chargeOnce of charge $280

A New Development Charge will apply to the first connect order in a New Development Location. New Development Location means an NBN Serviceable location which is identified by NBN as being within the site boundary of a new development, for which NBN Co creates a new location ID; including new developments in brownfields areas. This charge is passed through from NBN and is charged as a result of the Telecommunications Infrastructure in New Developments Policy, issued by the Australian Government. It applies regardless of the technology type, plan or contract term selected. You will be informed when the charge is applicable and will be required to agree to the charge before the order will proceed, giving you an opportunity to inform your end user if you wish to pass the charge on.
