If you are looking for a new NBN phone system but don’t have a lot of users than a shared hosted 3CX system might be the answer.

Choose from different hosting packages with unlimited local, national, mobile 13 and 1300 calls. The only thing we don’t have is contracts.

Hosted in one of Adelaide’s premium data centres our hosted servers are housed in a private data date centre and not a public cloud.

One of the biggest advantages of a hosted PBX is that you can have as little as one handset and still have the same features of a large corporate phone system.

There is no server or setup costs to outlay so you are not have to wait years for your return on investment and then your system is end of life.

Each hosted PBX system is custom built around the client and can be modified to include new features or functions as your business grows at no additional cost.

Putting your new system together is as easy as choosing your handsets and VoIP trunk provider and we will tailor the rest.

Handsets

Choose from a range of Yealink business desk or cordless handsets that suit your practice.  At anytime you can add additional handsets.

The purchase price of the handsets is upfront as there are no contracts but they are subsidised. The subsidised price is one handset per extension.

If you require overhead paging we also have modules that will integrate with most  store amplifiers.

Call flow and features

We will help you with the call flow for in coming calls, greetings,
afterhours messages, voicemail, music on hold, set your opening and closing hours.

There is also a handy admin portal you can use to change your opening hours, add holiday closures and check your voicemails.

If you have corporate messages on hold they can be uploaded and played as your customers are waiting for a team member to answer. 

Helen ‘The voice of 3CX’ is also available to record custom scripts for your hold messages.

You can choose your own VoIP provider or we can analyze your current phone bill to recommend the most cost effective option for you.

Join your sites together

If you have multiple site locations we can join them together on the one
system. Your  can see the status of any phone in your group and you can transfer and announce calls at the push of a button.

3CX Desktop app for reception

The 3CX desktop app will streamline the way you manage your phone calls.

See who is calling, how many callers are waiting in the call queue, average wait times and log in / out of the call queue.

You can also adjust your opening hours for your clinic and set holidays to send calls to your after hours voicemail.
