Why choose a hosted 3CX phone system?

Unlike traditional phone systems 3CX is a cloud based phone system hosted in a premium Data Centre. Being software based you will never have your system end of life as the system is constantly being developed.


A hosted 3CX on a shared server allows you to have all the feature of 3CX at a set cost per extension without having your own server.

This means there is no annual licence fee, no setup fee, no contracts, no data centre costs  and all system changes are managed for you.

This option is very cost effective for businesses as you have a very low ry cost. You just pay for the handsets upfront.

Putting your new system together is as easy as choosing your handsets and VoIP trunk provider and we will tailor the rest.

Handsets

Choose from a range of Yealink business desk or cordless handsets that suit your pharmacy.  At anytime you can add additional handsets.

If you require overhead paging we also have modules that will integrate with most  store amplifiers.

Call flow and features

We will help you with the call flow for in coming calls, greetings,
after hours messages, voicemail, generic pharmacy messages on hold, set your opening and closing hours.

There is also a handy admin portal you can use to change your opening hours, add holiday closures and check your voicemails.

If you have corporate messages on hold they can be uploaded and played as your customers are waiting for a pharmacist to answer. 

Helen ‘The voice of 3CX’ is also available to record custom scripts for your hold messages.

You can choose your own VoIP provider or we can analyze your current phone bill to recommend the most cost effective option for you.
